Project Management Internship in Mumbai at Vezzo

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in planning and execution of brand pop-ups, activations and events (venue coordination, vendor liaison, setup & teardown)
2. Represent the brand onsite during activations interacting with customers, driving engagement and ensuring brand standards
3. Maintain event/activation logistics checklists, timelines, vendor/payment tracking in Excel
4. Conduct online research (vendors, venues, competitive benchmarking, trend spotting) and present findings to the team
5. Support scheduling, coordination between internal teams (marketing, operations, external vendors)
6. Ensure all operational materials (collateral, signage, demos) are in place and brand-compliant onsite
7. Provide excellent customer/stakeholder interaction during events - enthusiastic, friendly, social, professional
8. Travel locally within Mumbai/greater Mumbai region for events as required
