DESCRIPTION
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Acting as a bridge between tech, design, and business teams to ensure clarity of requirements and smooth execution.
2. Supporting in creating and maintaining SRS, BRD, PRD, and workflow documentation.
3. Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs and change requests across sprints.
4. Assisting in task management, sprint tracking, and coordination using tools like ClickUp, Jira, or Notion.
5. Preparing monthly business performance and project tracking reports for management.
6. Participating in requirement discussions, wireframe reviews, and feature testing.
7. Ensuring feature rollouts follow defined timelines and documentation standards.
8. Continuously learning fintech domain workflows and suggesting process improvements.

Other requirements
1. Students or recent graduates in BCA, B.Tech, BSc IT, or related disciplines.
2. Passionate about fintech, business analysis, or product management.
3. Basic understanding of product development lifecycle, APIs, and fintech business flows.
4. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.
5. Hands-on experience with task management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Trello, etc.).
6. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
7. Self-driven, with an ownership mindset and eagerness to learn.
