About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify key user journeys in the app and assist in setting up in-app nudges and flows to improve conversion funnels
2. Assist in setting up and scheduling push, WhatsApp, and email campaigns
3. Work on campaign logic, targeting cohorts, and campaign QA
4. Coordinate creative and copy updates across platforms
5. Analyze campaign metrics (open rates, click-throughs, conversions, churn, etc.) and identify actionable insights
6. Assist with performance analysis across growth channels, including CRM and in-app marketing
7. Build and maintain Excel/Google Sheets dashboards for tracking key growth KPIs, user funnels, and cohort performance
8. Conduct deep dives into campaign and user behavior data to uncover actionable insights
9. Support experiment result tracking and growth metric reporting (e.g., CAC, LTV, retention)
10. Share data-backed recommendations to improve communication strategies and funnel efficiency
Preferred Skills:
1. Detail-oriented and comfortable with operational tools
2. Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets; basic understanding of user journeys and engagement metrics
3. Familiarity with CRM platforms (like WebEngage, MoEngage, or similar) is a plus
4. Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; basic SQL knowledge is a plus
5. Analytical mindset with an interest in growth funnels, user journeys, and performance metrics
6. Curiosity to explore customer behavior and translate data into growth opportunities
