DESCRIPTION
About the internship
1. Work on prospecting & parent guidance (BD component)
2. Conduct structured 1-on-1 and group sessions with prospective parents
3. Listen, assess concerns, and explain 3mguru's solution genuinely (non-hard selling)
4. Provide program recommendations based on the child's needs and parents' expectations
5. Maintain session notes and update CRM pipelines
6. Support parents through enrollment decision-making with empathy and clarity
7. Conduct assessment sessions for children in areas like attention, emotional regulation, confidence, etc.
8. Guide parents on parenting frameworks, mindset shifts, and cognitive development strategies
9. Facilitate progress review sessions for enrolled families
10. Work with children via structured cognitive activities and reflection-based mentorship
11. Identify blockers and personalise behavioural/growth plans
12. Maintain counselling logs and progress notes
13. Collaborate with internal curriculum and content teams for improvements
14. Contribute insights to enhance parent experiences and outcomes

Other requirements
1. Master’s degree in psychology (clinical, counselling, or child psychology preferred) or bachelor's in psychology + 2+ years of relevant experience
2. Experience working with children and/or parents (counselling, therapy, school guidance, child coaching)
3. Strong communication skills in English (and Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada is a plus)
4. High emotional intelligence and attunement to family dynamics
5. Comfortable with structured calls and CRM updates
6. Certification in counselling, NLP, coaching, or parenting education
7. Experience in educational technology or early childhood development
8. Experience conducting online sessions via Zoom/Meet
