A. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Assist in psychological assessments and counseling support
2. Maintain records, documentation, and trackers
3. Coordinate with psychologists and internal teams
4. Support engagement, feedback, and wellbeing initiatives
5. Assist in research activities and report preparation
B. 30-60-90 Day Internship Roadmap:
1. Days 1-30:
a. Understand organization structure, ethics, confidentiality, and mental health policies.
b. Learn basic assessment tools, documentation, and psychology workflows.
c. Observe sessions, shadow seniors, and complete supervised mock tasks.
2. Days 31-60:
a. Assist in live assessments, counselling support, and coordination under supervision.
b. Maintain records, reports, and progress trackers accurately.
c. Attend supervision, feedback, and skill-development sessions.
3. Days 61-90:
a. Handle assigned psychology-related tasks independently with guidance.
b. Support wellbeing programs, workshops, and engagement initiatives.
c. Performance review, feedback, and PPO / incentive discussion.
