About the internship
1. Understand product requirements, user flows, and edge cases
2. Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test checklists
3. Perform functional, regression, UI, and exploratory testing
4. Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps
5. Validate fixes and ensure no regressions before release
6. Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers
7. Think from an end-user perspective, not just a checklist

Other requirements
Required skills & expectations:
1. Basic understanding of software testing fundamentals
2. Knowledge of SDLC & STLC
3. Ability to write clear and structured test cases
4. Strong attention to detail and logical thinking
5. Good communication skills (written + verbal)
6. Willingness to learn and take ownership
Plus points:
1. Previous experience as a QA intern/trainee
2. Hands-on exposure to automation testing
3. Experience testing CRM, SaaS, or B2B products
