About the internship
1. Listening to Malayalam survey call recordings.
2. Verifying recordings with survey responses filled.
3. Identifying errors and quality issues.
4. Reporting findings to the QC team.

Other requirements
1. Prior experience in call auditing, surveys, or quality checks is a plus.
2. Comfortable listening to calls for extended periods.
3. Good concentration and accuracy.
4. Disciplined, punctual, and able to meet daily targets.
5. Willing to learn and follow quality guidelines strictly.
6. Fluent in Malayalam (listening and understanding).
7. Strong attention to detail.
8. Basic computer skills.
9. Training and support will be provided.
