About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and connect with potential buyers, investors, and corporate tenants for premium commercial property
2. Generate qualified leads through personal network, brokers, and market outreach
3. Coordinate and conduct site visits with interested clients
4. Build and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, dealers, and consultants to expand lead pipeline
5. Present property details, negotiate terms, and handle client queries professionally
6. Follow up consistently with prospects to move deals forward
7. Collaborate with internal team to ensure smooth transaction process
8. Close high-value sales or leasing deals efficiently
9. Stay updated with market trends and pricing to position the property effectively
10. Maintain records of leads, site visits, and deal progress

Other requirements
1. Candidates with prior experience in real estate will be preferred.
2. Must be comfortable with field visits in Noida and interacting with potential clients.
3. Should possess strong communication, networking, and sales skills, especially in commercial property dealings.
4. Experience in handling and closing property transactions will be an added advantage.
