About the internship
Klearprop is an end-to-end home buying platform that helps busy professionals buy homes with 100% clarity. We are the guardians of the "real estate" galaxy, and we ensure that homes are bought without homebuyers being pressured, misled, and overcharged!
We are not a listings platform. We are not brokers. We are here to replace them. Our edge comes from on-ground truth - understanding projects, developers, and execution beyond brochures and sales pitches. And you will be the guardian of this truth.
About the role - Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
This is a field-first, supply-side research role. So, if you are someone who just cannot sit at a desk, and wants to experience every corner of Mumbai - this role is for you!
This internship comes with a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) opportunity based on performance.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Track existing and upcoming residential projects across Mumbai micromarkets
2. Regularly meet developers, sales teams, and site engineers
3. Visit project sites to validate claims vs reality
4. Observe construction quality, access, surroundings, and execution progress
5. Track new launches, inventory movement, pricing changes, and timelines
6. Create clear internal notes on projects and developers
7. Support experts with supply-side insights and shortlists
8. Join select client calls or site visits only when technical or market context is required
