Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, providing a positive first impression of the company.
2. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
3. Assist with record-keeping and data entry tasks as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

5. Maintain the front office reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, organized, and welcoming to visitors.
6. Respond to customer or guest inquiries, providing helpful and accurate information.
7. Manage phone calls, emails, and booking/appointment records, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
8. Coordinate with internal departments and assist with basic administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, or other duties as needed.
