About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Designing and updating job descriptions
2. Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms)
3. Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
4. Screening incoming resumes and application forms
5. Interviewing candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
6. Preparing and distributing assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests
7. Use AI and latest automating techniques to source and find best talent
8. Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
9. Monitoring key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
10. Participating in job fairs and hosting in-house recruitment events
11. Collaborating with managers to identify future hiring needs
12. Acting as a consultant to new hires and helping them with onboarding
