About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
2. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients.
3. Maintain and update candidate databases.
4. Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
5. Support senior recruiters in day-to-day hiring activities.
6. Learn full-cycle recruitment and client coordination.
