About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source and screen candidates through job portals (Naukri, Job Hai, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to identify suitable talent.
2. Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and hiring support.
3. Maintain recruitment trackers in MS Excel and ensure effective communication with candidates and hiring teams.
