About the internship
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment Trainee to support our team in talent outreach, coordination, and onboarding activities for one of our upcoming creator initiatives. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Reach out to potential creators and candidates via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
2. Coordinate the onboarding process and collect the required information and documents.
3. Follow up regularly to ensure timely responses and a smooth onboarding experience.
4. Maintain and update recruitment trackers with accurate and organized data.
5. Schedule calls and coordinate with internal teams as required.
6. Build and maintain positive relationships with creators and candidates throughout the onboarding process.
7. Assist with day-to-day recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
8. Support the team during ongoing campaigns and other operational requirements.
