About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
2. Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
3. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
4. Support in drafting job postings and employer branding activities.
Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
5. Be flexible and available to extend support beyond regular office hours during critical hiring requirements.
