We are scaling our recruitment function and need support to manage growing hiring demands across multiple industries. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition while supporting the team to meet recruitment targets.

What You'll Do
1. Source and screen candidates using professional platforms, calls, and emails
2. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
3. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems
4. Build and nurture candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
5. Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets
6. Assist with end-to-end recruitment projects across different sectors

What You'll Need
1. Undergraduate degree (any discipline)
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
4. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
