About the internship
Title: Global Recruiter
Monthly Stipend: 15k-30k
Type: 6-month Internship (In office, 6 days/week)
Benefits: Full-time offers available based on performance
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Support end-to-end recruitment workflows for US-based hiring
2. Source and evaluate candidates for niche tech and non-tech roles
3. Manage candidate pipelines, communication, and interview coordination
4. Maintain structured databases and recruitment trackers
5. Deliver an excellent candidate experience
6. Assist with documentation, reporting, and operational tasks
7. Use modern recruitment systems and AI tools to optimize searches

2. Energetic, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
3. Excellent communication skills and a polished professional presence
4. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
5. Ability to join on-site in Gurgaon
6. Comfortable working a flexible day + night split shift
7. Available for the full 6-month duration
8. Prior HR/recruitment internship experience (Not Mandatory)
9. Familiarity with sourcing, resume screening, or CRM tools (Not Mandatory)
