About the internship
We are looking for a Recruitment intern to join our team at INSPI-R SERVICES LLP. If you are proficient in Basic PC skills, LinkedIn Marketing, and have a strong understanding of internet sourcing techniques, we want to hear from you!
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards.
2. Manage and update candidate database.
3. Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring managers.
4. Support the onboarding process for new hires.
5. Assist in developing and implementing recruitment marketing strategies.
6. Conduct market research to identify potential talent pools.
7. Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team.
