About the internship
1. Source candidates for open client mandates across both tech and non-tech, niche profiles, using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, Boolean search, and AI-assisted sourcing tools
2. Write and post job descriptions designed to attract the right candidates, rather than generic listings
3. Screen resumes and conduct first-round phone/video screens to assess fit, intent, notice period, and basic qualifications
4. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for each mandate, tracking candidates through the funnel from sourced to offer
5. Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and client hiring teams, and follow up on feedback from both sides
6. Keep candidates warm and informed throughout the process
7. Work with the founding team to understand each client's hiring bar and role nuances, and calibrate sourcing accordingly
8. Maintain clean, up-to-date candidate and mandate records
9. Flag stuck mandates early and proactively suggest new sourcing angles

Other requirements
1. Minimum 6 months of hands-on recruitment/sourcing experience, ideally across niche profiles spanning both tech and non-tech roles(mandatory)
2. Comfortable with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Boolean search, and open to using AI tools to work faster and smarter
3. Strong communication skills, clear and professional on the phone, over email, and in candidate conversations
4. A sharp eye for talent, able to distinguish genuinely strong candidates from those who simply look good on paper
5. Organized and process-driven, able to manage multiple live mandates simultaneously
6. High integrity, honest with candidates about the role and with clients about the pipeline, even when the news isn't great
7. Genuinely curious about people and understanding what makes someone a fit beyond their resume
8. Resourceful, finding alternative ways in if the obvious search doesn't turn up the right candidate
9. Dependable, following up reliably as promised
10. Resilient, not slowed down by setbacks on a hard mandate
11. Based in or able to work from Gurugram, comfortable working in-office
12. Strong sourcing, recruitment, English communication, networking, and client management skills
