About the internship
1. Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across various platforms.
2. Source and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates.
3. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
5. Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Other requirements
1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, business administration, psychology, or related fields.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
4. Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job portals, ATS) is a plus.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Enthusiasm for learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
