About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in posting job openings on various job portals, company website, and social media platforms.
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
3. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
4. Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and update candidate records regularly.
5. Conduct initial candidate outreach via email, phone calls, or social media.
6. Research potential sourcing channels and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.

5. Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn quickly.
