4. Utilize MS-Excel to maintain and update recruitment databases and track candidate progress.
5. Assist in creating job descriptions and postings to attract qualified candidates.
6. Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract top talent.
7. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
