We are looking for a motivated Intern to join our Registration and Compliance team. The role involves supporting backend tasks related to RERA project registrations, documentation, and compliance. This internship provides hands-on experience in real estate regulations, project documentation, and client coordination while working closely with the team in a real estate compliance firm
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in preparing and submitting RERA applications.
2. Draft basic documents such as undertakings, disclosures, and project summaries.
3. Track pending items and update project information for RERA compliance.
4. Support day-to-day accounting tasks and audit documentation.
5. Communicate with clients to collect and follow up on required documents.
6. Coordinate with internal teams for timely RERA registration tasks.
7. Prepare compliance documents, reports, and project summaries using Excel and Word.
8. Review submissions and update records in the system/CRM.
