DESCRIPTION
About the internship
1. Conduct structured telephonic interviews with programme beneficiaries as part of the SROI impact assessment
2. Accurately record and document responses in the prescribed format/tool
3. Travel to specific locations within your assigned district (or nearby) to conduct in-person interviews as part of the field component
4. Coordinate with the project team for daily targets, scheduling, and reporting
5. Maintain data quality, confidentiality, and professionalism while engaging with beneficiaries

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 11th Sep'26 and 16th Oct'26
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing or completed MSW / BSW / Social Work / Sociology / Psychology / Rural Development or a related discipline (preferred, not mandatory)
2. Comfortable making phone calls and conducting structured interviews
3. Willing to travel locally for field interviews as required
4. Good communication skills in the local/regional language + basic English/Hindi
5. Basic smartphone/internet access for reporting and data entry
