About the internship
ILIF Hotels is hiring a reservation & operations intern to support our multi-property booking system.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage incoming calls to ensure prompt guest communication
2. Respond to booking queries via phone and email to assist potential guests
3. Maintain reservation records to keep booking data organized and updated
4. Coordinate with on-ground teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
5. Achieve targets by ensuring timely responses and zero missed calls
