About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist existing account managers in managing retail client portfolios and day-to-day account operations.
2. Support the onboarding of new retail accounts by coordinating documentation, system entries, and client communication.
3. Monitor portfolio performance and help identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth servicing and timely resolution of client issues.
5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, onboarding status, and portfolio data.
6. Prepare and manage sales agent reports, track performance metrics, and share insights with account managers and leadership.
7. Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and sales agents through regular follow-ups and communication.
8. Learn retail account management processes, client servicing workflows, and portfolio growth strategies.
