Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support the execution of retention marketing campaigns across Email, SMS, and WhatsApp channels.
2. Assist in scheduling and monitoring campaigns using tools such as MoEngage, Leadsquared, Chat360, and Make.
3. Coordinate with internal teams for campaign requirements, approvals, and execution processes.
4. Assist in drafting clear and engaging campaign copy in collaboration with the content team.
5. Organize and segment customer data from CRM systems for campaign targeting.
6. Maintain campaign trackers and reporting documents using Google Sheets.
7. Monitor campaign performance metrics and share insights with the marketing team.
8. Identify trends and opportunities to improve customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
9. Support the setup and maintenance of customer journey automation workflows.
10. Ensure campaign data accuracy and maintain proper data hygiene standards.
11. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign operations and execution.

1. Have 0 to 6 months of internship, project, or practical experience in digital marketing, CRM, or campaign management.
2. Basic understanding of Email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing workflows.
3. Familiarity with Google Sheets and basic spreadsheet formulas.
4. Strong written communication and content coordination skills.
5. Willingness to learn marketing automation tools and campaign workflows.
6. Good attention to detail and organizational abilities.
7. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and customer engagement strategies.
8. Exposure to tools such as MoEngage, Leadsquared, Chat360, Make, or similar CRM platforms would be preferred.
9. Analytical mindset with interest in campaign tracking and performance optimization.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
11. Creative thinking approach with interest in contributing campaign ideas and engagement strategies.
1. Location: Lower Parel (5 minutes from the railway station).
2. Work mode: 100% Work from Office.
3. Work timings: 10:15 AM to 7:15 PM.
4. Working days: Monday to Friday; 1st and 3rd Saturdays working, while 2nd, 4th, and 5th Saturdays are off.
5. Internship duration: 3 Months.
