About the internship
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Intern to support our Business Development function, with a strong focus on outbound lead generation, client acquisition, and market outreach within the real estate (RERA consulting) domain.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Drive outbound business development activities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
2. Identify and generate qualified leads across real estate developers, consultants, and stakeholders
3. Assist in client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations
4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
5. Support in proposal drafting, pitch decks, and commercial documentation
6. Maintain and track lead pipeline, follow-ups, and conversion metrics using CRM/tools
