About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:
1. Respond to travel inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and social media
2. Convert leads into bookings by clearly explaining trip details
3. Maintain follow-ups and ensure timely communication with potential customers
4. Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of travelers
5. Promote Tripcat trips and offers to generate new leads
6. Maintain records of customer interactions and bookings
7. Support marketing campaigns
