As a Sales and Marketing Executive you'll gain hands-on experience across customer engagement, influencer collaborations, and e-commerce operations while contributing directly to the growth of our brand and products.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound calls and follow up with potential leads to drive sales.
2. Convert leads into customers and handle inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, Live chat, and Email.
3. Track customer interactions, manage lead data, and support sales reporting activities.
4. Execute WhatsApp broadcast campaigns, email marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.
4. Coordinate with digital marketing & branding agency on ongoing campaigns.
5. Identify and collaborate with Instagram and YouTube content creators for brand promotions.
6. Reach out to B2B customers and support business partnership opportunities.
7. Assist in product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer acquisition activities.
8. Monitor customer reviews and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.
9. Support day-to-day e-commerce operations and contribute to sales growth and brand visibility.

Incentive pay: ₹ 2,000 - 4,000 /month
