About the internship

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand customer needs.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

A. Sales & Lead Generation:
1. Identify potential customers and generate new leads
2. Approach prospects through calls, visits, emails, and networking
3. Present products/services clearly and confidently
4. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

B. Customer Relationship Management:
1. Maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers
2. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
3. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders
4. Handle customer issues professionally and ensure satisfaction

C. Product & Market Knowledge:
1. Stay updated on product features and industry trends
2. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market changes
3. Provide feedback to management to improve products/services

D. Reporting & Coordination:
1. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
2. Update CRM or sales trackers regularly
3. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and service support

Other requirements

1. 0–2 years of sales experience (freshers can apply depending on role)

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

3. Ability to negotiate and close deals

4. Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, CRM knowledge is a plus)

5. Goal-oriented with a positive attitude

6. Willingness to travel if required

7. Experience in retail, B2B sales, field sales, or product-specific sales (preferred)

8. Knowledge of local market and customer behavior (preferred)

9. Fluency in local languages (preferred)

10. Proficiency in English
