About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
A. Marketing & Outreach:
1. Promote Wayspire programs across colleges and student communities.
2. Build networks with campus leaders, societies, and placement cells, and hire campus ambassadors.
3. Execute organic marketing campaigns, including cold calling and community engagement.
B. Lead Generation & Engagement:
1. Identify and engage potential learners through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and LinkedIn.
2. Manage daily follow-ups and lead nurturing.
3. Communicate professionally across all channels.
C. Counselling & Sales:
1. Understand student goals and recommend suitable programs.
2. Deliver clear program presentations and handle objections.
3. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
D. Reporting & Coordination:
1. Maintain updated CRM records.
2. Participate in weekly performance reviews and strategy discussions.
3. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaigns.
