EdTech Sales Intern - Admission Counselor
About the Internship
Career Comrade is a fast-growing EdTech and admission consulting organization working with top colleges across India. We are looking for full-time Sales & Admission Counselor Interns who are excited to work in a target-driven environment and gain real-world sales experience.
This internship offers fixed stipend + high incentives, along with mentorship from Tier-1 B-school alumni and entrepreneurs.
Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to students and parents from provided leads
Counsel students for UG/PG admissions and EdTech products
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable options
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into paid admissions/services
Handle objections and close sales professionally
Update call status and follow-ups in CRM
Skills Required
Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (mandatory)
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and targets
Basic sales mindset and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
