As a Sales and Marketing intern at Unimonks, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our dynamic sales and marketing teams to gain real-world experience in the fast-paced world of fintech. Your knowledge of marketing, sales, sales management, and sales strategy will be put to the test as you help us drive revenue and expand our customer base.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
2. Develop B2B partnership with Schools & coaching centre.
3. Support the sales team in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals.
4. Help create and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and events.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales and marketing initiatives.
6. Analyze sales and marketing data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 11,000 - 16,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 2,000 - 25,000 /month
