About the internship
1) Attend incoming inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, website leads, walk-ins)
2) Promptly respond to new leads (within minutes if possible)
3) Qualify leads (budget, timeline, intent, location preference)
4) Maintain and update CRM daily
5) Regular follow-ups with hot/warm prospects
6) Schedule and confirm site visits
7) Conduct project presentations during visits
8) Handle objections and answer queries
