DESCRIPTION

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Sales & lead conversion:
1. Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, CRM, and direct interactions
2. Qualify leads based on project scope, budget, timeline, and intent
3. Build professional rapport and trust with customers
4. Drive structured follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed projects
5. Clearly communicate TatvaOps' value proposition, process, and differentiation
6. Address customer queries related to pricing, scope, and execution flow

B. Sales-led coordination & execution readiness:
1. Coordinate with service providers and internal stakeholders during quotation and negotiation
2. stages
3. Ensure all requirements, documents, and confirmations are in place before closure
4. Support smooth transition from sales closure to project initiation
5. Act as the single point of accountability from lead stage to project kick off

C. Vendor onboarding & sales-led partner coordination:
1. Identify, engage, and onboard service providers as part of the sales process
2. Collect, verify, and maintain vendor details, documents, and basic credentials
3. Assess vendor suitability based on category, pricing, availability, and service quality
4. Act as the primary point of coordination between customers and vendors during pre-sales
5. Facilitate quotation discussions, scope alignment, and negotiation support
6. Ensure vendor readiness before project confirmation (This role requires sales professionals who can think beyond just closing and ensure readiness for execution)

D. CRM, funnel & sales operations:
1. Maintain accurate CRM records including lead status, follow-ups, and call logs
2. Track funnel movement, conversion ratios, and drop-offs
3. Prepare daily and weekly sales activity and performance reports
4. Ensure all customer communication, quotations, and documents are properly recorded

E. Field & market interaction:
1. Conduct site visits, vendor interactions, and client meetings as required
2. Capture on-ground insights related to pricing, customer expectations, and competition
3. Represent TatvaOps professionally in all external interactions

F. Reporting, feedback & improvement:
1. Share daily updates on leads, follow-ups, and closures
2. Participate in review meetings and sales discussions
3. Provide structured feedback to improve sales scripts, processes, and customer experience

1. Proficiency in Google Sheets

2. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales funnel concepts

3. Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities

4. Clear verbal communication in English (additional Indian languages are a plus)

C. Mandatory requirements:

1. Two-wheeler and laptop (BYOD)

2. Flexibility to handle calls, coordination tasks, and field visits

D. Eligibility:

1. Master’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or related fields

Additional information
Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 20,000 - 25,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 - 10,000 /month
Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 400000 to 420000/year
