DESCRIPTION
About the internship
1. Help in finding new leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
2. Talk to new and existing clients with guidance from the team.
3. Follow up on enquiries and share basic details with clients.
4. Update client and lead information in the CRM system.
5. Help the sales team in preparing quotations and proposals.
6. Fix meetings or demo calls and send reminders.
7. Coordinate with sales and support teams for smooth communication.
8. Share basic work updates with the director.

Other requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline
2. Freshers or candidates with basic exposure to sales/customer support.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
5. Willingness to learn CRM tools and sales processes.
6. Positive attitude and readiness to learn.
7. Organized and responsible.
8. Willing to learn and take guidance.
9. Ability to manage simple tasks and work as part of a team.
