About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Manage inbound leads: Respond quickly to demo requests, content downloads, and interest forms, ensuring every lead receives timely communication.
2. Qualify leads: Understand customer needs and assess if they're a good fit for Peoplebox before passing them to the Sales team.
3. Use HubSpot CRM: Update and maintain lead data, workflows, and reports ensuring the CRM is accurate and actionable.
4. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing: Share feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to help improve overall conversion rates.
5. Track funnel performance: Monitor metrics like lead response time and conversion rates, and support experiments to improve the inbound process.

5. Self-driven with a problem-solving mindset and a desire to grow in a fast-paced startup.
