As a 'Sales Intern,' you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers connecting with parents and students, showcasing our offerings, and helping them book free demo sessions. You'll play a crucial role in nurturing relationships, supporting sales operations, and contributing directly to the company's growth. This internship offers hands-on experience in EdTech sales, customer engagement, and CRM management, with a strong pathway to a full-time opportunity.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Reaching out to potential leads and explaining Spark Studio's live class offerings.
2. Following up with leads consistently to drive conversions.
3. Updating lead and demo data accurately in CRM or tracking tools.
4. Coordinating with the sales and operations teams for seamless handovers.
5. Supporting the operations team during low-lead days.
6. Taking on increasing ownership in end-to-end sales processes over time.
7. Converting qualified leads into free demo session bookings.
8. Building and maintaining warm, positive relationships with parents and students.

5. Basic proficiency with Google Sheets or MS Excel.

7. Ability to multitask effectively- managing calls, follow-ups, and data updates.
8. A growth mindset- willingness to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve.
9. Open to undergraduate students, recent graduates, and postgraduates.
10. Prior experience in sales, tele calling, or customer service is a plus.
11. Comfortable with 5 days of working structure with 2 rotational week-offs.
