DESCRIPTION
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Nurture inbound leads from the website, social media, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
2. Maintain consistent engagement through structured follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
3. Understand client requirements including home type (villa or apartment), scope of work, budget range, and project timelines.
4. Coordinate and schedule client visits to the Experience Center.
5. Assist senior interior designers during client meetings.
6. Present design proposals, offers, and quotations to prospective clients.
7. Support closing conversations and manage post-meeting follow-ups.
8. Maintain accurate lead status, notes, and tracking in CRM systems or Google Sheets.
9. Build rapport with clients and guide them toward in-person consultations and deal progression.

Other requirements
1. Students or fresh graduates from BBA, BBM, MBA, or interior design–related programs (B.Sc Interior Design preferred).
2. Candidates with prior exposure to interior design concepts will be given preference.
3. Strong interest in sales, client servicing, and relationship management.
4. Clear spoken English (Kannada or Hindi is a plus).
5. Strong follow-up discipline with attention to detail.
6. Comfortable discussing budgets and timelines with clients.
7. Basic understanding of interior design services or willingness to learn quickly.
8. Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
9. Full-time availability with willingness to work from the office.

1. Monday to Saturday
2. 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
