About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Connecting with and scheduling appointments with developers as well as retail/commercial brands
2. Pitching our franchise business model (via phone call, virtually, or in-person)
3. Identifying and qualifying leads from the provided database
4. Conducting market research on the local real estate industry
5. Maintaining records and ensuring regular follow-ups
