About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engage with prospective leads generated through various online channels.
2. Contact potential customers to understand their requirements, budget, preferred location, and buying preferences.
3. Follow up with prospective buyers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails to maintain engagement.
4. Explain project details, configurations, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and other property-related information to potential customers.
5. Schedule site visits for interested customers and coordinate with the sales team.
6. Assist in converting qualified leads into site visits and potential bookings.
7. Maintain and regularly update the lead database, customer details, and follow-up status in Excel or CRM software.
8. Track daily calling activities, lead responses, customer feedback, and site visit updates.
9. Coordinate with the marketing team to review lead quality and improve lead conversion.
10. Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers through regular communication.
11. Support the sales team in preparing daily reports, sales updates, and lead performance summaries.
12. Stay updated on property prices, project inventory, competitors, and current real estate market trends.
