About the internship
Key Responsibilities:
1. Actively engage with potential customers through calls, messages, and in-person interactions.
2. Generate and qualify leads for Breakout's products/services.
3. Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate value propositions.
4. Assist in closing sales and achieving assigned targets.
5. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
6. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve sales outcomes.
7. Participate in sales training sessions, reviews, and performance evaluations.

Additional information
Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 7,000 - 10,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 25,000 /month
Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 300000 to 360000/year2. Acceptance of the PPO is mandatory.
3. In case the PPO is declined, the variable pay component and performance-based bonuses during the internship period will stand cancelled, as per company policy.
