About the internship
Sales Executive: Internship with Performance-Based Conversion to Full Time after graduation.
Location: In person in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi
Compensation as intern: Total up to Rs 20,000 per month (Rs. 8000 - 10,000 per month fixed stipend, and up to Rs. 8000 - 10,000 in incentives per month depending on individual performance.)
Compensation for full-time: CTC up to Rs 10 LPA (Up to Rs. 5 LPA fixed base, and up to Rs. 5L in incentives)
Internship Start date: December 2025
Full-time start date: Immediately after graduation
We're looking for sales executives who can communicate our value proposition to customers and close deals. You'll be transforming lives, helping people achieve their best health outcomes, and making a real human impact, while earning financial incentives for every package sold! You'll nurture warm leads who want to learn about EarlyFit and how they can transform their lives. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meaningful personal health conversations, understands health and wellness, and can build trust through thoughtful communication. This could be your stepping stone to a long and financially rewarding career in Sales.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Get trained in sales from the best trainers in India
2. Motivate prospective clients to transform their lives; Be empathetic and confident when speaking with warm leads (people who have expressed interest)
3. Understand client needs, share the right information about Early's programs
4. Become an expert in healthcare sales, one of the fastest-growing and highest-paying careers
What are we looking for?
1. Warm, empathetic, and clear communication style
2. Confident speaker fluent in English and Hindi, other languages a bonus
3. Basic comfort with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, or CRM systems
4. Bonus: interest in healthcare, fitness, or wellness
