About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities includes:
1. Generate and follow up with real estate leads through calls, social media, and online platforms.
2. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
3. Promote properties through digital and social media channels.
4. Coordinate and assist with property/site visits.
5. Support the sales team in lead conversion and client handling.
6. Maintain lead records and conduct regular follow-ups.
7. Conduct basic market and competitor research.
