What You Need for this Position:
1)Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
2)Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
3)Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite is a plus.
Basic understanding of software and technology products.
Experience with real-time communications (voice/video conferencing) and/or WebRTC is a plus.
