About the internship
Location: Work from the office
Office Address: Times Center, FC-6, 1st Floor, Sector 16, Noida - 201301
Office Hours: 9:30 AM-6:00 PM
Working Days: 5 days a week
Stipend: 15,000- 20,000 per month
Duration: 6 months
Note: Candidates must have a laptop for this internship.
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Intern to support our business development initiatives. The intern will be responsible for building and managing prospect databases, conducting outreach, identifying bulk sales opportunities, and developing partnerships for merchandise and experience-based collaborations.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Database Building & Research: Build and maintain a comprehensive database of entrepreneur and founder communities, SME associations, and relevant business networks, including YPO, TiE, BNI, Rotary International, Lions/Lioness Clubs, and other regional chapters.
2. Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and follow-ups with prospective organizations and community representatives.
3. Business Development: Identify and engage potential partners to explore bulk deals and B2B sales opportunities.
4. Meeting Coordination: Connect with decision-makers, understand their requirements, and schedule meetings with relevant stakeholders to explore business opportunities.
5. Partnership Database: Research and create a database of merchandise partners, experience providers, and other relevant brands/vendors for potential barter and collaboration opportunities.
6. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with associations, community leaders, vendors, and potential business partners.
7. Data Management & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, meetings, follow-ups, and conversion status.

Other requirements
1. Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
2. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
3. Comfortable making cold calls and conducting email outreach.
4. Strong research and database-building skills.
5. Proactive, target-oriented, and confident when engaging with senior professionals and external stakeholders.
6. Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
7. Prior experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or partnerships is a plus.
