About the internship
Blue Homes Realty is looking for students and freshers interested in sales, marketing, and real estate.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
2. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to create sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
4. Manage and update customer databases using MS Excel to track sales activities and client interactions.
5. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
6. Support the team in organizing and attending networking events and client meetings.
7. Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
8. Handle customer calling and follow-up.
9. Coordinate site visits.
10. Conduct local/field marketing.

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 5,000 - 15,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 8,000 - 20,000 /month

3. Limited positions available: 5 to 10 interns only.
