About the internship
You will be working on Rugged Rush - our new IP, India's newest fitness festival & obstacle race, gaining hands-on exposure to sales, partnerships, and revenue-building in sports and lifestyle events. You'll work closely with the core team to bring brands, partners, and communities into the Rugged Rush ecosystem and see how sales conversations turn into real on-ground experiences.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support sponsor and brand sales for Rugged Rush outreach, follow-ups, proposals, and deal coordination
2. Assist in closing partnerships and tracking the sales pipeline
3. Help plan and deliver on-ground sponsor activations at Rugged Rush
4. Build partnerships with gyms, clubs, colleges, and corporate teams
4. Research competitor events, sponsorship pricing, and formats
5. Be on-ground during setup and event days to support partner delivery

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 10,000 - 15,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 15,000 - 35,000 /month
