About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identifying and tracking relevant tenders on GeM Portal for security manpower and housekeeping service categories
2. Submitting RFQs daily on GeM Portal against open bids
3. Maintaining and updating the GeM Portal activity tracker
4. Creating daily Management Information Reports (MIR) on tender pipeline and submission status
5. Preparing weekly progress reports for the reporting manager
6. Assisting in bid documentation, price quotations, and compliance checklists
7. Coordinating internally for statutory documents required for bid qualification
